A vacancy exists for a Catering Storeman at Life Wilgers Hospital reporting to the Catering Manager.
- Critical Outputs

- Stock control of all stock in Kitchen
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic work area
- Adhering to all hygiene and safety standards
- Issuing stock to catering staff and ward hostesses
- Stock taking on a daily basis
- Controlling stock in the FIFO (first in first out) method
- Requirements
-
- Minimum qualification – Grade 12
- Must have at least 3 years experience in a stock controlling environment.
- Candidate must have reliable transport
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Candidate must be able to work shifts and weekends
