A vacancy exists for a Chef at Life Wilgers Hospital reporting to the Catering Manager.
- Critical Outputs
-
- Production of Breakfast, Lunch and Supper for patients on therapeutic diets.
- Production of all ad ons on menu orders (Peads, Kosher etc)
- In conjunction with Supervisor plan and execute menus
- Maintain a high level of hygiene.
- Clean as you go
- Adhere to all food protocols and safety regulations
- Requirements
-
- Be able to work and function total undependable
- Matric
- Pleasant hard working and honest personality
- Teamwork and dedication
- At least 5 years experience in upmarket establishment.
