A vacancy exists for a Clinical Technologist (Nephrology) based at Life Vincent Pallotti Hospital, reporting to the Renal Unit Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing holistic patient care and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders in line with Company & Hospital strategic objectives.

- Assist the Hospital to meet the requirements of quality patient care, ensuring that activities carried out comply with HPSCA/SANC regulations, relevant legislation and Life Healthcare policies and procedures.
- Maintaining and managing an environment in which excellent patient care is rendered
- High professional standards and a commitment to your own development
- Good Communication skills
- The ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team
- The ability to supervise subordinates and manage unit workload
- Requirements
-
- Grade 12
- Renal Technologist qualification registered with the HPCSA
- Dialysis experience compulsory
- Current registration with the relevant professional or regulatory body
- Understanding of the private healthcare industry, its challenges and role players would be an advantage
- Computer proficiency
- Driver’s license and ability to travel to the various hospitals within the North Region
