A vacancy exists for an Administration Clerk, based at Life Robinson Private Hospital, reporting to the Head Radiographer. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing patient information, making bookings, checking medical aid validity, taking payments, scheduling radiological procedures, answering and screening calls, handling courier deliveries, and performing general office duties.
- Critical Outputs

- Answer telephones according to company policies.
- Provide courteous service to patients, visitors, doctors, and staff.
- Capture patient data accurately on the system.
- Manage bookings and patient flow efficiently.
- Ensure patient details are verified for every procedure.
- Take payments and reconcile cash daily.
- Assist with accounts and account queries.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and productive working environment.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Requirements
-
- Matric / Grade 12
- Fully computer literate
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and nights
- Own transport or valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
