A Vacancy exist for a Meet and Greet based at Life Flora Hospital, reporting to Sonja Rossouw, Admissions Manager. The successful candidates will be part of a professional team that is continuously striving for the highest standards of quality in healthcare.

- Warm, professional greeting of all visitors
- Clear orientation and wayfinding support
- Early detection of visitor concerns
- Adherence to infection‑prevention protocols
- Respectful handling of personal information
- Awareness of security procedures
- regularly straightening chairs and leaflets
- removing clutter or abandoned items promptly
- monitoring cleanliness and reporting spills or hazards immediately
- Calm, reassuring presence in a busy environment, assist with ad-hoc duties as and when required by the Reception Manager during busier periods.
- Requirements

- Grade 12
- Prioritising visitors efficiently during busy periods
- Managing multiple enquiries without losing quality
- Keeping the area tidy while maintaining service flow
- Experience in working in healthcare will be an advantage
