A vacancy exists for a Painter at Life Vincent Pallotti Hospital. The successful candidate will report to the Engineering Manager in the respective department. Attention to detail is essential for this position.
- Critical Outputs
-
- Conduct all duties allocated by the maintenance manager, maintenance planner and maintenance officers
- Responsible for all the paint work within the hospital
- Experience in SAP plant maintenance job card system would be advantageous
- Management of paint stock and inventory
- To schedule routine maintenance of building infrastructure
- Responsible for the restoration/repairs of buildings and equipment
- Excellent completion of daily job cards as well as feedback thereof is high priority.
- Requirements

- Grade 12 is essential
- Well-spoken and have a professional appearance
- Good organisational skills are essential as well as teamwork
- Other competencies required are an ability to work under pressure, as part of a team
Service-orientated personality - Goal orientated
- Cost efficiency and ability to multi task
- Ability to interact with a diverse group of staff, patients and clients
- Relevant experience would be highly advantageous
