A vacancy exits for the position of an Enrolled nurse in Ward 2, based at Life Wilgers Hospital, situated in Pretoria. The above position reports to the Unit Manager. The successful candidate will contribute to the effective functioning of this unit and ensure quality nursing care to all patients.
- Critical Outputs

- Conduct duties as allocated by the Unit Manager.
- Maintaining excellent patient and customer care in accordance with Life Healthcare standards.
- Maintain all health, safety and infection control standards to ensure a safe patient environment.
- Building professional relationships with doctors and therapists to promote patient-doctor interaction.
- Effective utilization of resources
- Effective maintenance of equipment
- Accurate record keeping
- Requirements
-
- Must be an Enrolled Nurse and be registered with SANC.
- Experience in Neurology/Urology will be advantageous
- Must be able to work under pressure in a constantly changing environment.
- Strong inter-personal skills required
- Must be willing to fulfill a role in the ward according to the flexi-hours system
- Computer proficiency would be an advantage.
