Patient experience survey

Every hospital has a patient experience score

We are committed to helping you make the best possible decisions by supplying you with clear, transparent, unbiased information. That is why we offer the patient experience survey results for each of our hospitals.

How does it work?

Post your discharge from our facilities, we will send you a survey to help us measure our patient experience score (PXM). This provides us with comprehensive feedback on all aspects of your hospital journey – from admission to discharge.

What does a patient experience score measure?

The email or SMS survey asks for greater insight into the hospital stay and the level of service, with ratings for:

  • The level of care received
  • The rehabilitation process (if applicable)
  • The quality of the equipment and facilities
  • How quickly staff responded
  • The information provided

What scores can I see?

Each hospital has the following results available:

  1. An overall experience score (out of 10)
  2. Whether or not patients are likely to recommend the hospital

A score out of 100 for the:

  • Admission staff
  • Nursing staff
  • Doctors
  • Pain management
  • Hospital environment
  • Responsiveness of staff
  • Medication information
  • Food
  • Discharge information

What questions are asked?

Patients are asked a series of questions about the hospital’s facilities, staff and their overall patient experience to help each facility determine how they are doing, what they can do better and how to continue to provide first-class care to every patient and visitor.
