A vacancy exists fix term Contract for RFA Technician x 2 reporting to the RFA Supervisor and Unit Manager based at Hotazel Clinic. The incumbent will assume responsibility for an efficient, professional service rendered to Life Health Solution Hotazel clinic in terms of assisting the Occupational Therapist with the functional assessment in RFA and capturing, coordination and quality assurance of statistics data, reports, and general administration tasks.
- Critical Outputs

- Assist the Occupational Therapist in RFA Centre
- Maintain and efficient, up to date tracking and filling system
- Regular communication with Colleagues, Clinic Sisters, Operational Managers, Regional Managers and Clients.
- Conduct Audits monthly to ensure accuracy of data captured.
- Assist with investigation and analysis of statistical errors, queries and complaints and implement corrective action within agreed turnaround times.
- Assist with Reasonability, equality assurance and accuracy analysis on all data, reports statistics system.
- Booking appointments
- Ad hoc tasks as required.
- Requirements
-
- Basic Ambulance Assistant (BAA) qualification with HPCSA registrations or relevant Nursing Qualifications in Enrolled Nurse Assistant (ENA) or Enrolled Nurse (EN) SANC registration.
- Experience in RFA Assistant
- Proof of RFA Training.
- Advanced MS Excel experience e.g., Pivot Tables, formulas, graphs etc. and an excellent understanding of MS Office as well as good computer skills in general.
- Working experience in a similar environment.
- Good administration skills and attention to detail.
- Patience, appropriate assertiveness, deadline driven, good organizational skills with the ability to implement new ideas will be most suitable for this position.
- Initiative, logical thinking and analytical ability are essential.
- Customer orientation, focus, teamwork, accuracy, and attention to detail complete the profile
- Valid Driver’s License Code8
- Own accommodation, in and around Kuruman
