A vacancy exists for a Laundry Assistant – 3 months Fixed Term Contract at Life Rosepark Hospital situated in Bloemfontein. The successful candidate will be reporting to the William Britz. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring compliance with LHC Laundry Health and Safety regulations.
- Critical Outputs

- Collection of linen from units.
- Distribution of linen to units.
- Washing, drying, ironing and folding of linen.
- Control of linen levels according to requirements.
- Cleaning of laundry equipment.
- Accurate recording of linen quantities in register as per procedure.
- Maintaining good housekeeping.
- Ensure compliance with LHC Laundry Health and Safety regulations.
- Ad-hoc duties as required.
- Requirements

- Grade 12.
- Willingness and availability to work shifts as well as weekends.
- Able to work in a team.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to record linen levels accurately.
- Ability to do physical labour.
