An Exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of an Enrolled Nursing Auxiliary in Medical ward at Life Rosepark Hospital in Bloemfontein reporting to the Unit Manager, Monique Theron. The successful candidate will contribute to the effective functioning of the Medical ward and ensure quality nursing care.
- Critical Outputs

- Conduct duties to meet the requirements of quality patient care, ensuring that all nursing activities carried out comply with SANC regulations, relevant legislation and Life Healthcare policies and procedures.
- Maintain all health, safety, and infection control standards to ensure a safe patient environment.
- Effective maintenance of equipment
- Accurate record keeping
- The continued education of patients
- Maintaining sound relationships and communication with patients, relatives and the multi- disciplinary team.
- Build effective relationships with patients, doctors, and other medical personnel to ensure quality patient care.
- Requirements
-
- Must be registered with SANC.
- Experience in a Medical ward will be an advantage.
- Understanding of the private healthcare industry, its challenges and role players would be an advantage.
- Must be able to work under pressure in a constantly changing environment.
- Strong inter-personal skills required.
- Must be willing to fulfill a role in the ward according to the flexi-hours system and workday and night duty on a rotation basis.
