A vacancy for Administrator Sessional Contract Khumani Clinic reporting to the Unit Manager based at Khumani Clinic. The incumbent will assume responsibility for an efficient, professional service rendered to Khumani Clinics, in terms of assisting the Occupational Health Clinic with the Administrator capturing, coordination and quality assurance of the statistics data, reports, and general administration tasks.

- Assist Administration work
- Daily / Monthly capturing Qmed
- Ordering for all Clinics
- Maintain and efficient, up to date tracking and filling system
- Regular communication with Colleagues, Clinic Sisters, Unit Manager
- Conduct Audits monthly to ensure accuracy of data captured.
- Assist with investigation and analysis of statistical errors, queries and complaints and implement corrective action within agreed turnaround times.
- Assist with Reasonability, equality assurance and accuracy analysis on all data, reports statistics system.
- Ad hoc tasks as required.
- Mining 2-year experience
- Capturing of finance related quotes and invoice
- Requirements
