Introduction

A permanent contract vacancy for an Administration Clerk, based at the Inland South-Gauteng regional office, exists to support a large regional client. The successful candidate is required to work 40 hours per week and will report to the Business Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, co-ordination, measurement and follow up of various aspects of outputs in a mixed service delivery model, ensuring effective, efficient delivery outcomes, which exceed customers’ expectations and requirements.

Critical Outputs
  • Co-ordination of all clients departmental requests and delivery of services.
  • Supporting the business manager with the management of all ad hoc services.
  • Interaction and feedback processes to client and LHS to ensure the timeous outcome of requirements.
  • Monitor and report on medical surveillance progress and "no shows".
  • Develop relationships and co-operation with the client departmental contact persons.
  • Support the co-ordination of reporting requirements
  • Co-ordinate the billing process for fee-for-service work, working closely with LHS finance team.
  • Meeting the prescribed professional and LHS quality standards
Requirements
  • Matric with a post tertiary qualification in business management.
  • Experience and knowledge of Wellness.
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Computer literacy and importantly, PowerPoint, Excel and Word proficiency
  • Proven experience in organising, administration and communication ability
  • Good telephone etiquette, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Candidates who are results orientated, have initiative and the ability to deliver quality outputs, will be most suitable for this position.
  • Travel to client sites when required.
