Our frail care facilities provide 24-hour chronic care and rehabilitation services for older persons with cognitive deterioration, dementia and psychogeriatric conditions. These facilities also care for frail persons with physical and/or intellectual disabilities.
Fully staffed assisted living units and frail care units are provided. With a focus on wellness and independence, an interdisciplinary team plans and oversees all activities of daily living (ADL). There is a wide range of individualised programmes, which are tailor-made for each individual resident’s needs.
