A temporary vacancy has arisen for the above position, reporting to a Financial Accountant. The position entails performing general ledger reconciliations in the debtors department at the Life Healthcare Financial Services Centre.
- Critical Outputs
-
- Responsible for preparation of accounting reconciliations and resolving of reconciling items in relevant accounting process
- Responsible for month end processes and assist in capturing of data
- Ensure compliance, corporate governance, procedures and protocols
- Assist in Adhoc projects
- Requirements
-
- Bcom degree
- Experience with debtors recons would be an advantage, as would be experience in SAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is critical with good Excel Skills
- High performance orientation, independence as well as a team player, functional proficiency, initiative and an ability to meet deadlines is essential for this position as is attention to detail and good communication
