A vacancy exists for a SAP Support Specialist, based at Life Healthcare Head Office in Dunkeld, reporting to Global SAP Business Support Manager. The successful candidate will provide System and Functional support for the SAP application.
- Critical Outputs

- Oversee output standards required for support in Access, Authorisations
- Oversee daily system processes regarding Access
- Oversee monthly and annual Audit requirements
- Provide subject-matter expertise and knowledge regarding the system to all role players.
- Provide efficient user support.
- Ensure Ticketing System events are addressed appropriately and resolved in a timeous manner.
- Assist with new Business Initiatives.
- Adhere to master data standards and standardization of processes.
- Provide support guides in Authorisations and Access areas
- Requirements
-
- Relevant SAP Access, Authorisations, Access Audit background and 5 years experience in a systems environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree/Diploma or equivalent business qualification is required
- SAP Certifications - Advantageous
