A vacancy exist for RFA Operators x 1 reporting to the Unit Manager based at Black Rock Clinic.
The incumbent will assume responsibility for an efficient, professional service rendered to Life Health Solution Black Rock clinic in terms of assisting the Occupational Therapist with the functional assessment in RFA and capturing, coordination and quality assurance of the statistics data, reports, and general administration tasks.
- Critical Outputs

- Assist the Occupational Therapist in RFA Centre
- Maintain and efficient, up to date tracking and filing system
- Regular communication with Colleagues, Clinic Sisters, Operational Managers, Regional Managers and Clients.
- Conduct Audits monthly to ensure accuracy of data captured.
- Assist with investigation and analysis of statistics errors, queries and complaints and implementing corrective action within agreed turnaround times.
- Assist with Reasonability, equality assurance and accuracy analysis on all data, reports statistics system.
- Booking appointments
- Ad hoc tasks as required.
- Patience, appropriate assertiveness, deadline driven, good organization skills with the ability to implement new ideas will be most suitable for this position.
- Initiative, logical thinking and analytical ability essential.
- Customer orientation, focus, teamwork, accuracy, and attention to detail complete the profile
- Requirements

- Matric
- Relevant Nursing Qualifications ENA or EN or Basic Ambulance Assistant register HPSCA - (non –negotiable)
- Experience in RFA Assistant
- Proof of RFA Training - (non –negotiable)
- Up to date HPSCA CPD and CPG and SANC registration
- First Aid Training
- Certificate in Audiometry ( Advantageous)
- Certificate in Spirometry ( Advantageous)
- Certificate in Vision screening ( Advantageous)
- Advanced MS Excel experience e.g., Pivot Tables, formulas, graphs etc. and an excellent understanding of MS Office as well as good computer skills in general.
- Working experience in a similar environment.
- Good administration skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Driver’s License Code8
