Introduction

A vacancy exists for an Administrator working on a permanent basis at the Inland South Regional office, Meadowdale, Germiston. The successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours a week.  The candidate will report to the Regional Business Manager.         

Critical Outputs

Support to the Inland South Region:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for all Human Resources and General administration duties including capturing of data and filing that is effective, efficient and exceeds expectation and requirements.
  • Booking of locum personnel upon request from Business Managers.
  • Managing all processes related to locum agencies.
  • Logging and tracking of all payroll queries.
  • Managing the schedules for the Occupational Medical Practitioners.
  • Meet the prescribed professional and quality standards of Life Health Solutions.
  • Ensure smooth organisation and implementation of all administrative requirements.
  • Be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all ISO/Quality Systems related to job.
  • Ensuring compliance with legislation and participate in audits with the Department of Labour.
  • Carry out all reasonable and lawful requests.
  • Meet deadlines/targets.

Finance Administration

  • Ensure the smooth processing of invoices for payment under supervision of relevant manager.
  • Ensure the ordering of stationary for the regional office and that appropriate stock is always available.

Human Resource Administration

  • Assist with Lexis Nexus applications.
  • Maintain locum data base and liaison with the Agencies.
  • Assist with general human resource duties.
  • Maintain regional training and medical surveillance records.

Total Quality Management

  • Adhere to the policies, quality standards and procedures as set out in the QMS and SMS.
  • To participate in the continual review of all admin procedures to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained and developed. To participate in ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 Certification and audit programme.

Marketing

  • Ensure that Life Health Solutions is always presented as a professional organisation.
  • Representation at Life Health Solutions functions and other conferences.
  • Ensure that the correct uniform is always worn.
Requirements
  • Grade 12 (matric).
  • The candidate should be computer literate and have advanced knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Experience in administration tasks.
  • Candidates who are result orientated with good communication skills, have initiative and the ability to deliver quality outputs, will be most suited for this position.
  • Customer orientation, focus and teamwork complete the profile.
