Junior Administrator/ Filing Clerk

A vacancy exists for Administrator based at Life Health Solutions, North-west Province, Mooinooi reporting to the Unit Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for an efficient, professional service rendered to Life Health solutions clinic in terms of the reception, capturing, coordination and quality assurance of the statistics data, reports, invoices, general administration tasks.

Critical Outputs
  • General reception work.
  • Maintain a 95% accuracy rate on all capturing and corrections.
  • Maintain an efficient, up to date tracking and filing system.
  • Regular communication with Colleagues, Unit Manager, Clinic Sisters, Business Manager, Regional Business Manager and Clients.
  • Minutes of meetings when required by Unit Manager
  • Assist with investigation and analysis of statistics errors, queries and complaints and implementing corrective action within agreed turnaround times.
  • Assist with reasonability, quality assurance and accuracy analysis on all data, reports, and statistics system.
  • Assist with clinic appointments.
  • Ad-hoc tasks as required in the unit.
  • Daily capturing on the Staff book system as directed by Unit Manager
  • Ensure all filing is up to date and is done accurately.
  • Confidentiality of employee information may not be compromised.
  • Ensure all data capturing is done correctly.
  • Ensure the archiving of employee files is up to date and done accurately.
  • Ensure quarterly stock counts are conducted, with submission of accurate stock count documentation, to the Regional Office, by the set dates.
  • Ensure clinic equipment is calibrated on time, are in good working order and replaced or upgraded when required.
  • Advanced MS Excel experience e.g., Tables, formulas, graphs etc. and an excellent understanding of MSOffice as well as good computer skills in general.
  • Working experience in a similar environment.
  • Good administration skills and attention to detail.
  • Patience, appropriate assertiveness, deadline driven, good organization skills with the ability to implement new ideas will be most suitable for this position.
