Introduction

A vacancy for 3 months for fix term contract Administrator Regional Office Bloemfontein reporting to the Business Manager based at Bloemfontein. The incumbent will assume responsibility for an efficient, professional service rendered to Regional Clinics, in terms of assisting the Occupational Health Clinic with the Administrator capturing, coordination and quality assurance of the statistics data, reports, and general administration tasks.

Critical Outputs
  • Assist Administration work
  • Daily / Monthly Pro-forma capturing for Inland North
  • Assist to clear age debtors monthly
  • Feedback on the monthly financial report
  • Training for administrators in the region
  • Debtors’ collection
  • Ordering for all Clinics
  • Capturing data on SAP
  • Maintain and efficient, up to date tracking and filling system
  • Regular communication with Colleagues, Clinic Sisters, Business Managers, Regional Managers and Clients.
  • Conduct Audits monthly to ensure accuracy of data captured.
  • Assist with investigation and analysis of statistical errors, queries and complaints and implement corrective action within agreed turnaround times.
  • Assist with Reasonability, equality assurance and accuracy analysis on all data, reports statistics system.
  • Preparation of credit notes and containing sign off
  • Ad hoc tasks as required.
  • 2-year experience
  • Capturing of finance related quotes and invoice
Requirements
  • Matric
  • Relevant administrative experience
  • Computer Literacy
  • Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Medical data experience SAP
  • Valid Driver’s Licence Code 8
  • Own accommodation
