Our renal facility

The kidney unit at Life Fourways Hospital provides a dialysis service to patients suffering from either permanent or temporary kidney failure. Our modern ten station unit is equipped with state of the art equipment which incorporates the latest technological advancements in renal treatment. For the convenience of patients, each dialysis station has its own TV, while reading material is also available and light snacks are served to them.

Our kidney unit offers a free transport service to patients requiring dialysis treatment. This support is offered to patients who are experiencing difficulties in commuting to a dialysis centre and live within a 15km radius of the hospital.
